    There are different kinds of tirk nom p’chok,
    -nom p’chok kari
    -tirk nom p’chok nammya (with peanuts and coconut milk flavor)
    -nom p’chok pro`haer. (simple flavor from fish, rhizome, lemon grass, tumeric root and prahok base)

    May I ask which one you are talking about?
