Khmer Sauce. This recipe is great for any salad dish.
For spring roll and eggroll. If the taste is a little strong, you can add fresh squeeze lime or boiled water to mild it. Adjust your taste bud.

    thank you bong for this cool website. i feel better understandin the proper way to cook cambodian food instead just to guesstimate. the famous proverb “catch a fish for a man to feed him for a day…teach a man to fish and it will feed him for life” ;) a lot of people appreciate this website, keep up the amazing work.
