Mr.Vannak,
Cumin is a kind of spice from dried seed which tastes a bit like coriander (krob chee van suy). This spice is very popular in India and middle eastern cooking. I am not sure if it’s popular among Cambodian.

You can buy cumin and cloves spices on ebay.com. These spices comes in both whole seeds and ground.

-This is Cambodian traditional dish. It contains chicken, Khmer basil, Khmer pea eggplants, kaffir lime leaves, coconut milk, msg, lemon grass paste, shrimp paste, fish sauce, palm sugar and Khmer chili.
And who know the cumin? in curry pastes use the cumin and cloves, I don’t know what is cumin and where to buy the cloves?
