You need sweet potato with red skin.
–Cut in medium size chunk as you like.
Fry them them until it is lightly crispy and set aside on the plate.
–In a sauce pan, caramelize regular white sugar until it become syrup.
then, dip the fried sweet potato into syrup and put it on the plate.
sprinkle some roasted white or black sesame to finish.
