I think the Thai incursion into Preah Vihear at the moment is a serious violation of Cambodian territorial integrity and a violation of international laws. the steps that cambodia needs to take to solve this crisis is: 1. request the Thai to withdraw their troops. 2. if that fails, Cambodia take the case to ASEAN, which Cambodia and Thailand are members. 3. If that fails, Cambodia take this issue to the UN. 4.And if this fails, Cambodia can take Thailand to International court of Justice again. I will publish this scenario in my blog shortly.
